Meet Paul

Paul Ladwig brings integrity and understanding to the Fresno, Clovis, and Central Valley markets. He has held various positions in the communications, marketing, and sports administration spheres that allowed him to hone his leadership and interpersonal skills. Having moved frequently throughout his career, Paul seeks to make the homebuying experience better for others. He found his ideal business partner in Mishelle Westendorf and dove headfirst into the industry in 2018. Paul now serves as the vice president of the California Relocation Network, and his team’s sales volume for 2021 was $27 million.

 

Paul’s approach to real estate is grounded in transparency, integrity, and clear communication. His genuine passion for helping others shines through in every deal, and he truly understands how to listen to his clients’ needs. Paul works with Mishelle and his wife, Carol, to provide elite service to all demographics. They value Central Valley’s diversity and specialize in relocation. Paul helps relocators find their Fresno homes and acclimate to the local culture, and he also enjoys working with first-time buyers.

 

Paul is an avid golfer. He combines his love for helping others and sports by mentoring student-athletes as they transition to professional golf careers. He also serves on the executive board for First Tee of Fresno, a youth development nonprofit he has worked with since 2011. Paul is proud to work and play with his wife, and together they love spending time with their Labrador retrievers, Buc and Brutus.
