Meet Nick

A Central Valley native, Nick Sabbatini was born in Fresno and has lived in the Central Valley for his entire life. For the past four years, he has dedicated his career to fundraising and development, working with several respected nonprofit organizations including the Bulldog Foundation, Saint Agnes Medical Center, and currently Valley Children’s Hospital, where he serves as the Fund Development Program Director. Nick also serves on the Board of Directors for the Fresno Fire Department. 

A proud product of Clovis Unified, UC Merced, and Fresno State, Nick brings a deep understanding of the region and its people to the real estate market. His knowledge of the local housing landscape and his commitment to the community are reflected in his approach to real estate—centered on honesty, integrity, and genuine care for every client.

A former student-athlete who played soccer at UC Merced and semi-professionally for Academica Turlock and Fresno FC, Nick continues to stay active through recreational soccer, golf, snowboarding, hiking, and weightlifting. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their Shih Tzu, Toff, at their home in Fresno.
