Mark Rosen is joining the real estate industry after a 33-year NCAA collegiate coaching career. Throughout his years of coaching, he has been involved in real estate investing in different capacities. In those experiences, his interest in the real estate industry developed. After stepping away from the collegiate coaching arena the opportunity to work in real estate full time seemed like the next logical step and working with California Relocation Network was an ideal fit for this next chapter.
Mark's volleyball coaching career started at Cal State Bakersfield and then moved to stops at Northern Michigan University and Boise State. Mark and his wife Leisa (Associate Head Coach) moved to Ann Arbor, MI to take over coaching at the University of Michigan. Coaching in the Big Ten for 23 seasons proved to be highly successful for the Rosen's. Michigan appeared in 19 NCAA tournaments, 7 Sweet Sixteens, 2 Elite Eights and 1 Final Four, along with garnering 24 All American selections during his tenure. Most importantly, 100% of Rosen's student-athletes graduated over those 23 years. In addition, Coach Rosen had the honor of serving as the president of the American Volleyball Coaches Association from 2017-2020.
In 2023 it was time for Leisa to have an opportunity to move into the head coaching role as she took the reins of the volleyball program at Fresno State. This created a sound opportunity for Mark to transition to that second career. During the relocation process, Mark and Leisa worked with California Relocation Network and found the values of the business--transparency, integrity, and clear communication--matched his goals for working in real estate.
Mark is excited to use the strong work ethic, motivation and people skills that allowed for his success in coaching volleyball to develop as a strong sales agent in the world of real estate. He looks forward to working with you on your next buying or selling opportunity.
