After a successful career in the industrial manufacturing industry, real estate agent Joe Golda is ready to service the real estate needs of Fresno County. Originally from Southern California, he recently relocated to the area and looks forward to sharing his real estate knowledge and expertise with local buyers and sellers.
A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, Joe started his career as the proprietor of a small record shop in Downey before joining up with a local steel foundry. At this company, he worked in quality control before ultimately moving into operations management. These roles required a precision focus on detail, logistics, and strategic planning in order to deliver a quality product to the commercial and military aerospace markets. With superior project management skills and a commitment to customer service, he was able to rise to the highest levels within his company.
Joe recently retired from his corporate career, and now he is dedicated to helping clients buy and sell their homes in the local area. Before obtaining his real estate license in 2018, he had a lifelong interest in housing and properties, purchasing his first home at age 23. Throughout his life, he moved several times as his family’s needs changed, and he uses his personal experience and professional knowledge to help clients navigate similar situations. He believes that efficient processes and a strong focus on customer needs are essential for success.
Joe is a married father of three successful children: a doctor, a lawyer, and a collegiate coach and two-time Olympic medalist. He resides in Clovis and is a member of the Bulldog Water Polo “Waterdog” Booster Club, which supports the Fresno State Women’s water polo team. In his free time, he enjoys golf, home improvement projects, camping, and Olympic and youth sports.
