Meet Carol

Carol Vande Kerkhoff’s strong organizational skills and innate empathy make her a standout real estate agent in the Clovis, Fresno, and Central Valley markets. Her extensive background in secondary education, along with a master’s degree in English rhetoric and composition, have honed her communication, organization, and task management skills. When her husband, Paul, became an agent in 2018, Carol decided to earn her license as well. Together with their partner, Mishelle Westendorf, they complement each other’s skill sets to provide top-notch service, and their team had a total sales volume of $27 million in 2021.

 

People are at the core of Carol’s business. A teacher at heart, she enjoys sharing her knowledge with others and guiding them through the real estate process. Carol is the team’s transaction coordinator and the head of client services, and she serves diverse communities with honesty, integrity, and compassion. A California transplant, Carol is an excellent resource for relocators as well as first-time buyers.

 

Carol is a lifelong learner and voracious reader. She volunteers with the First Tee of Fresno. In her spare time, she loves to cook and spend time with Paul and their two Labrador retrievers, Buc and Brutus.
